These Terms & Conditions explain how customers may use the Flower Park website and place orders for flowers, floral arrangements, custom floral work, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Flower Park website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or using a secure payment link, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this page.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or obtain permission from a parent, guardian, or authorised representative before placing an order.

Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate checkout, delivery, recipient, contact, and payment information. Flower Park is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or order issues caused by incomplete or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Flowers, Availability, and Substitutions

Flower Park sells fresh flowers, bespoke bouquets, floral scenes, event florals, and made-to-order arrangements. Flowers are natural and perishable, so colour, shape, size, bloom stage, texture, and availability may vary from photographs, samples, or prior orders.

Many arrangements depend on seasonal and imported flowers. If a flower, colour, wrapping, vase, or decorative item is unavailable, Flower Park may use a suitable substitute of similar style and value where appropriate for the arrangement.

Pricing and Order Acceptance

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, currently LKR where shown on the website. Delivery fees, express options, and totals are displayed before payment where checkout is used.

Placing an order or submitting a payment request is an offer to purchase. Flower Park may refuse, cancel, or adjust an order where payment cannot be verified, details are incomplete, flower or material availability changes, a pricing or website error occurs, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Payment Processing

Online payments are handled through PayHere or another third-party payment provider used by Flower Park. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not entered directly into the Flower Park website.

An order may remain pending until Flower Park receives a successful payment notification or otherwise confirms payment.

Delivery Responsibilities

Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout where available. Standard shipping is displayed as 4-5 days, and express shipping is displayed as 1-2 days when express delivery is enabled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, reachable phone number, recipient availability, and any information needed for successful delivery. See our Delivery Policy for more details.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because flowers and floral arrangements are perishable and often custom prepared, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once preparation, sourcing, dispatch, or delivery has started.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the website for lawful personal or business inquiries and purchases only. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security features, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Website content, images, branding, floral styling, copy, layout, and other materials are owned by Flower Park or its licensors unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Service Availability, Liability, and Changes

We aim to keep the website and checkout available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, payment-provider downtime, or events outside Flower Park's reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, Flower Park is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, order delay, substitution, non-availability, or third-party service issues. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
