Flower Park operates from L08 City of Dreams Colombo, Sri Lanka. Checkout collects the recipient country or region, city, address, postal code, phone number, and customer contact details needed to prepare and coordinate delivery.

If you are unsure whether an address can be served, please contact Flower Park before placing the order or before paying a custom payment link.

The website checkout currently displays standard shipping as delivery in 4-5 days. Express shipping is displayed as delivery in 1-2 days when express delivery is enabled.

These are checkout estimates and may depend on flower sourcing, order complexity, payment confirmation, recipient availability, delivery address, traffic, weather, and events outside Flower Park's reasonable control.

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard delivery may be free or charged at the fixed fee shown at checkout. Express delivery appears only when enabled and is charged at the fee shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for giving accurate recipient information, a reachable phone number, and any delivery instructions needed for the address. Because flowers are perishable, please make sure someone is available to receive the arrangement or that Flower Park has clear instructions before delivery is attempted.

Bespoke bouquets, floral scenes, event florals, and made-to-order arrangements may require additional sourcing or preparation time. Flower Park may confirm delivery or collection details directly for these orders.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, materially defective, or affected by a delivery issue, contact Flower Park as soon as possible with the order details and photographs where relevant. Remedies are handled under the Refund Policy.
