Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Flower Park handles cancellations, order issues, replacements, credits, and refunds for fresh flowers and made-to-order floral arrangements.

Perishable and Custom Products

Flowers and floral arrangements are fresh, perishable, and often custom or personalised for a particular customer, occasion, recipient, colour palette, budget, or delivery date.

For that reason, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once Flower Park has started sourcing flowers, preparing the arrangement, dispatching the order, or completing delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible by contacting Flower Park. A cancellation may be accepted if the order has not yet entered sourcing, preparation, dispatch, delivery, or other committed work.

Custom, bespoke, event, and personalised orders may become non-refundable once preparation begins or materials have been sourced for that order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If an order arrives damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or meaningfully different from what was agreed, please contact Flower Park as soon as possible after receipt or delivery.

We may ask for the order number, recipient details, photographs, packaging images, delivery details, and a description of the issue so that we can review the situation fairly.

Natural Variation and Substitution

Natural differences in flower colour, shape, size, bloom stage, texture, and seasonal availability are not defects. Reasonable floral substitutions made because of availability are also not normally a basis for refund where the arrangement remains similar in style and value.

Available Remedies

Depending on the issue and order stage, Flower Park may offer one or more of the following remedies:

  • replacement or correction of the arrangement;
  • store credit for a future Flower Park order;
  • a partial refund;
  • a full refund where appropriate.

The remedy will depend on product condition, evidence provided, availability of replacement flowers, delivery circumstances, and the nature of the issue.

Delivery Fees and Third-Party Charges

Delivery fees, payment-provider fees, bank charges, and third-party costs may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred, unless the issue was caused by Flower Park or refunding those charges is otherwise appropriate in the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method where possible. If a payment was made through PayHere or another payment provider, the refund may need to follow that provider's available process.

Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary. Flower Park cannot control how long a bank or payment provider takes to make a refund visible after it has been initiated.
